ANOREXIA

Anorexia  is an eating disorder characterized by unrealistic fear of weight gain , self-starvation, and conspicuous distortion of body image. The name comes from two Latin words that mean nervous inability to eat in females who have begun to menstruate.

Description:

Anorexia was not officially classified as a psychiatric disorder until the third edition of DSM in 1980. It is, however, a growing problem among adolescent females. Its incidence in the United States has doubled since 1970. The rise in the number of reported cases reflects a genuine increase in the number of persons affected by the disorder, and not simply earlier or more accurate diagnosis. Estimates of the incidence of anorexia range between 0.5–1% of caucasian female adolescents. Over 90% of patients diagnosed with the disorder as of 1998 are female. It was originally thought that only 5% of anorexics are male but it is true.

Why studying English?

Study English, don't see it as an obligation, give us suggestions, do your best, make discussions and do it by playing; this is not difficult, the thing is you need to pay attention and things will be better. You're on time, don't waste it, remember school time is the best and you will live it only once. When time goes away in a second, you'll give me the reason.

PERU, THE STRONGEST COUNTRY

Not only Pisco, Chincha and Ica were communities that suffered a disaster in Peru, but sometimes we forget that our country is a land where earthquakes are with frequency; do we need to be scared everyday thinking that something terrible will happen any day? what we must do during an earthquake is to calm down, don't think panic will help us, don't think you will save your life if you start crying, you must relax and think you can overcome it. If you were not at home during an earthquake, the first thing you should do is to call your parents inmediately, but if it is not possible, we must wait until the communication comes back, it is normal if telephones are out of order after an earthquake, but if you keep thinking of everything is going to be alright, it would be the best thing you could do.

"Calm down, try to find a safe zone, don't use elevators either stairs, if the earthquake is harder, cover your head with your arms and hide under a strong table but don't be scared because God knows why these things happen"

Respect your teachers

Respect, what does whis word mean? only consider people who are concerned about you... consider them and give love as you receive it.

What are you thinking when you talk to your teachers in a bad way? have thought if these people get upset? or if someone of them could cry because of your fault? I don't understand why a lot of people is like that, they need to remember they got parents and they're adults, too; so in that way they won't like other people are disrespectful with them, think the same because it's the same, your teachers could be your parents, your uncles or aunts, you must love them, you must love your teachers, they're people who help you a lot and who are going to be with you only if you want to count on them.

Besides teaching you, they are always concerned about you because they see you everyday, they see you more than 7 hours in a day, so it is so wonderful to have a relationship with that magnitude, it is so amazing, I like it when teachers and students don't argue, they have a good time and everyone looks happy. It would be so great but unfortunately is only something I want, there will always be students who don't respect, we don't know maybe who they are but what we really know is that they won't find these people anymore.
